SHIPPING, EXCHANGES, RETURNS & WARRANTY
WORKS
The canvases are made in Canada and are 100% pure cotton. All canvases are 1-1/2" thick and meet known gallery size standards. The wood panels are normally 1-1/2" thick and are constructed of beech wood panels, made in Canada.
The acrylics and selected mediums are resistant to UV radiation, yellowing and cracking.
Each canvas is signed on the front, at the bottom, and also dated and titled on the back. A certificate of authentication accompanies each illustration and is authenticated by an embossed stamp.
The cables and eyelets are always fixed, ready to be installed. The eyelets and wire used are of high quality and are chosen according to the weight of the work.
Vanessa Gilbert's artworks are always finished to a high standard, unless otherwise stated.
All customs orders must be approved in advance by the customer by drawing, in writing or by approval of a form.

EXCHANGE
No exchanges accepted after 48 hours of receipt of the item, except for sportswear. Exchanges can only be made on merchandise and reproductions if the item was damaged during delivery. A photo proof must be sent by email within 48 hours of receiving the item to the following address: vanessastudioart@hotmail.com. A 30 day return period is only applicable to sportswear (leggings and crop tops). Shipping costs are at the buyer's expense.
RETURN
No returns are accepted, except on sportswear. A delay of 30 days following the reception of the item is accepted. Shipping costs are at the buyer's expense.
GUARANTEE
Vanessa Studio Art offers a 5-year limited warranty on its artworks (mounted on wood panels or cotton canvas) against abnormal deformation of the structure, abnormal discoloration not caused by UV rays, yellowing or cracks in the paint not caused by improper storage. Presentation of the necessary evidence to validate the source of the problem. Also suitable for eyelets and wires broken due to time and weight A photo must be taken and emailed to the following email address vanessastudioart@hotmail.com within 48 hours of delivery to declare any damage due to transport, otherwise for passing this time no refund, repair or cost will be accepted.
DELIVERY
A photo must be taken and sent by email to the following address within 48 hours of delivery to declare any damage due to transport, otherwise no refund or proposal for repair will be accepted. The artist will use his judgement to propose a solution according to the damage. The options will be either a refund, a repair or an exchange. Vanessa Studio Art is committed to shipping its artwork in appropriate packaging. Delivery of small/medium size artworks in the greater Montreal area will be made either by the owner herself or by a courier service such as Purolater, DHL or Fedex. For all deliveries of original artworks outside of the Greater Montreal area, the artworks will be shipped with adequate packaging in a cardboard box or in a crate. The applicable shipping fee is $150. Some large format works require the creation of a wooden crest to ensure security during delivery. The additional cost is $150. In the case of a very large custom-made work, delivery will be made by a white glove delivery service for the greater Montreal area and surroundings. Charges will apply. For all other items sold by Vanessa Studio Art, shipping is done by Canada Post, at a cost of 10$. Items are properly packaged according to their size and weight (envelopes or cardboard boxes).
